Littlewood House site

The parish of Drayton is a little bit nearer to having a new community woodland to enjoy which will be accessible from the Marriott Way.

Most of the houses at Littlewood are now nearing completion and paths through the public area of woodland are in place. Able Homes are currently putting the finishing touches to work on the trees to make the paths safe for visitors. There will also be a path that will lead to the area above the Pond, thence to the Pond, and on to the Marriott Way.

When the area is finally under the ownership and management of Broadland District Council the woodland and its walks will be formally open to the public. Draituna Trees hopes to support the work of keeping the woodland in good order to maintain it as a public amenity.
